Festival of Women’s Voices

On Saturday April 13th, Belle Canto hosted the first Festival of Women’s Voices, bringing student and adult female singers together for a day of friendship, learning and singing. Featuring renowned clinician Joan Szymko, Vocal Pedagogy Instructor Dr. Susan Lyle and Beloved Choral Director Genevieve Beauchamp, participants enjoyed a full day of skill building topped off with an inspiring end of day concert.

From workshops on strengthening and maintaining your voice, to learning valuable sight reading techniques, women let us know how fortunate they felt to have been a part of what we hope will now be a regular event.
